Alan Midgley


Alan Midgley provides critical path scheduling, delay analysis and expert services for complex projects and programmes. He has contributed to the development of authoritative best practice guides on project and programme management, planning and scheduling, for the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) as well as the United States Government Accountability Office (USGAO).
He qualified with an Honours degree in Civil Engineering and an MSc in Construction Law and has 22 years’ postgraduate experience as an Engineer, Planner, and Expert Advisor. He has worked for contractors, project managers, and specialist consultants and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Building, as well as a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
