Christina Frankopan

Consultant at Lazard

Christina is a consultant to Lazard on fintech and blockchain within the

Financial Institutions Group. She started her career in the Corporate

Finance Department of Lazard in 1995. She then gained start-up

experience before working with boutique corporate finance houses,

primarily advising on Asset Management transactions. Since 2015,

Christina has been working closely with decentralised ledger

technologists, advising on funding and operating strategies. She is a

venture partner with blockchain investors She is also an

advisor to a number of blockchain projects including, Dark

Crystal, Open Science Network and Legacy Network. Christina is a

frequent speaker at industry events, including: Bloomberg Crypto

Summit, CogX AI Festival, Google, Cisco Blockchain Summit,

ETHBerlin, Interwebs Summit at Copenhagen Technology Festival,

London Business School, UCL’s CBT and the UK’s All Party

Parliamentary Blockchain Group. Christina graduated in Economics

from Cambridge University, is a Fellow of the RSA and a Member of the

CISI. She previously chaired the Finance and Audit Committee as a pro

bono Board Member of the agricultural research centre, Bioversity
