Daniel Resas

Daniel Resas is a crypto-focused lawyer, policy advisor, and researcher. Prior to focusing on the intersect of finance, law, regulation, and technology, he was an associate with Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, specializing in capital markets, corporate finance, and mergers & acquisitions. As a Senior Fellow at The Zicklin Center For Business Ethics Research at The Wharton School, Daniel is also a co-host of an invitation-only conference on the international regulation of token offerings. His current advisory and research work primarily focuses on crypto economics and regulation, particularly with regard to novel funding methods including asset tokenization and ICOs. Daniel is a regular speaker at conferences and universities and also heads the Corporate Law working group of the German Blockchain Association.
