Tina Ehrke-Rabel studies of law with a specific focus on Taxation, Tax Policy and European Law; her first PhD was on Consensualism in French and Austrian Tax Law, her second PhD was on European Tax procedure and fundamental principles of Tax Enforcement; studies at University of Graz and Paris I-Sorbonne; researches in Amsterdam and Göttingen.
