Mike has 26 years’ experience developing, leading and delivering predominately Business, IT Re-engineering and IT Service Delivery Transformation engagements, using innovation and technology to change business. The majority of his experience has been spent advising clients across the Financial Services sector; although he has recent experience in the Public Sector (Local Government and Health).
Mike combines a deep understanding of a client’s business pressures, and uses his knowledge of technology and operational innovation, with his engineering, consultancy and engagement/programme management skills to deliver transformation projects.

The Reducing Friction in International Trade project (RFIT) objective is to determine how and if the trust, that has been established across the supply chain changes with the introduction of innovative digital technologies, specifically Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT). It will use a number data sources and case studies to provide the detail of the evolution of research into trust, the development of levels of trust, and uses the consolidated frameworks to determine how DLT changes the trust within the supply chain.
